Ordering & Payment

It's easy! Browse our website www.thinkwud.com, select your favorite toys, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, click the cart icon, review your items, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and UPI payments. All payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment providers.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at thinkwudtoys@gmail.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so changes can only be made before your order is shipped.

We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues or payment verification problems). If this happens, we'll notify you via email with more details. Feel free to reach out to us for assistance!

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to India & Outside countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Note: We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unexpected events.

If your toy arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at thinkwudtoys@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Contact us at thinkwudtoys@gmail.com for a return authorization, then follow the instructions to send it back. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is defective.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.

At this time, we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
